Our history
EJ Wall & Associates was founded in 1977 in Perth, Western Australia, by Edmund Wall. For 48 years the practice has advised individuals and families on wills, estates, probate, and estate administration.
The firm is based in Perth's northern suburbs and serves clients across Perth, Joondalup, and Wanneroo. We are a small, client-focused practice. When you call, you speak to Edmund Wall directly. When you engage us, Edmund Wall prepares your documents personally.
We operate on a fixed-fee basis for standard services because we believe you should know what something costs before you commit. For complex matters, we provide a written estimate before any work begins.
Edmund Wall, Principal
Edmund Wall is the founder and principal of EJ Wall & Associates. He has practised continuously in Perth since 1977, specialising in wills, estates, and probate.
Over four decades, he has prepared thousands of wills, guided hundreds of executors through probate, and helped families manage the legal and administrative burdens that follow a death.
He is known for plain advice, attention to detail, and a willingness to explain complex legal concepts in language his clients can understand.

Our standard services are priced upfront. A single will is $450 plus GST. Couples wills are $700 plus GST. A first interview is $350 plus GST. No surprises.
Personal service
This is a sole practitioner practice. You deal with Edmund Wall from first consultation to final document. Your file is not handed to a junior lawyer or paralegal.
Home visits
We visit clients who cannot travel to our premises. Available across Perth's northern suburbs.
