All prices listed below are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at the prevailing rate.

We offer a fixed-fee initial consultation for $350 plus GST. This covers up to one hour of advice on any wills or estates matter.
During the interview, Edmund Wall will review your circumstances, explain your options, and outline the next steps. There is no obligation to proceed further. Wherever possible, we will provide a written estimate for any additional work.

We provide a written estimate after our initial consultation and review of the estate. In most cases, the cost of probate and administration is paid from the estate, not by the executor personally.
We prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA) and Enduring Powers of Guardianship (EPG) at competitive rates. Discounted fees apply when these documents are prepared alongside wills.

We provide a mobile home visit service for clients who cannot travel to our premises. A travel levy applies depending on distance and time. We will discuss the levy when you book your appointment.
Home visit pricing for wills is the same as our standard pricing: Single Will $450 plus GST; Couples Wills $700 plus GST.
