Single Will: $450 plus GST. Couples: $700 plus GST. First interview: $350 plus GST.
What we do
We prepare wills and estate documents, apply for probate, and administer deceased estates. Every service is offered at a fixed fee unless the matter is genuinely complex.
Probate
Applying for probate, letters of administration, and estate administration. We handle the court paperwork so you do not have to.
Deceased Estates
Acting for executors and administrators. We manage asset collection, debt settlement, and distribution to beneficiaries.
Enduring Powers of Attorney
Appointing someone to manage your financial affairs if you lose capacity. Discounted rates when prepared with a will.
Enduring Powers of Guardianship
Appointing someone to make health and lifestyle decisions on your behalf. Discounted rates when prepared with wills.
Home Visits
We visit clients who cannot travel. Available across Perth's northern suburbs; a travel levy applies.
Our fees
We publish our prices because you should know what something costs before you commit.
Single Will — $450 plus GST
A standard will for one person. Includes consultation, drafting, and execution guidance.
Couples Wills — $700 plus GST
Two standard wills for a couple. $350 per will; saves $200 compared to two single wills.
First Interview — $350 plus GST
Up to one hour of advice on any wills or estates matter. No obligation to proceed.
Probate, estate administration, and complex matters are priced individually. We provide a written estimate before any work begins.
About EJ Wall & Associates
Edmund Wall founded this practice in 1977. For 48 years he has advised Perth families on wills, estates and probate from offices in the northern suburbs.
He is a former member of the Rotary Club of Wanneroo, Honorary Solicitor to the Wanneroo Agricultural Society, and has provided free legal advice to the Citizens Advice Bureau and local community groups for over 25 years.
